By participating, the participant acknowledges to have read and understood the Handbook 2024 including the Safety Regulations and Procedures and the Emergency Action Plan (See Appendices A and B of Handbook).
By participating, the participant attests to being able to swim continuously for 50 yards (any stroke), to tread water continuously for 5 minutes, and to put on a personal flotation device (such as a life vest) while treading water.
By participating, the participant agrees to inform both HRCR by email (info@harlemrivercr.org) and the coaching staff prior to the sessions of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in our programming.
Unfortunately HRCR does not offer programming for minors in 2024, but Row New York does.
