Coaching Opportunities

HRCR is looking for new coaches! To expand our programming, we are looking for new coaches for rowers at all levels, from Learn to Row to competitive masters. We offer compensation per coached session. Sessions are typically on the weekends or outside of office hours on the weekdays. The time commitment is flexible: some coaches coach once per week, others coach several times per week.

All HRCR coaches are required to have Level 1 USRowing Coaching Certification, and new coaches will be onboarded by experienced HRCR coaches so they can get to know the programs, rowers, and river.
